I believe Louise Brooks has some fans at the Silent Movie Theatre. And finally after several months of men (men who were not Charlie Chaplin though they have patiently explained to me several times that SOMEDAY there will be Chaplin...) they are doing a month of Louise! And its some of the good stuff too:

May 6th: Pandora's Box
May 13th: Diary Of A Lost Girl
May 20th: It's The Old Army Game
May 27th: Beggars Of Life

Beggars of Life was a very early talkie, and its quite a rarity so that will be fun to see. And if that wasn't enough there is ANOTHER Louise screening, this one even cooler. The Los Angeles Conservancy is screening Pandora's Box July 1st as part of their 'Last Remaining Seats' series. Added bonus: its at the building Harold Lloyd climbed (The Orpheum).
