Silents Talk and Complete Filmography

We're gonna start two new series here. One is something I've wanted to do for a long time and its gonna take me awhile between articles because its intensive: a full filmography complete with details (i.e. where you can buy, whats not released, whats lost, etc). Obviously it's gonna take a long time to do someone like Mary's but I will.

This other series will be posts about Silent Stars and their voices. Some stars (ala Theda Bara, Valentino, etc) never made a talkie. Some stars such as Mary did. However even some of the most elusive ones (supposedly there is audio of Theda out there) did radio interviews and such. The trickiest part (other then tracking clips down) is making sure the information stays put once its uploaded be it an mp3 or video. Youtube likes to delete things *like that* and sometimes mp3s go too no matter where you put em. I'm planning on using imeem and youtube. That being said if you find a broken link please contact us (right hand side) and let us know.
